I spent this past wkend in Des Moines, Iowa for a bball tourney that didn't go so well. Yea everyone wants to win, but honestly our team is a lot better than those that we lost to by 15 & 2 pts. I made some stupid foul decisions in the last minute of the game to put them up by 2 so it is hard to take in when you know it was you. I bet it was because I didnt have Erika taking stats! (jk) I can't wait until we gel together and start actually playing the game to where other teams are worried about us. Missouri Valley College doesn't get respect in the women's area so in my 3rd yr, I'm ready to gain it. It was a great team bonding experience outside the gym tho! IT'S BASKETBALL SEASON!!! grab the pom-poms, stat sheets, posters and even throw the fan bus in there! ;)
